• Please notify us of any defects or dissatisfaction within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Please keep all your packaging for 14 days.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your product please notify us as soon as possible.
  • All products returned without manufacturers faults, transit damage and/or in it’s original packaging will incur a shipping fee of no less than 6.5% of total value upon refund.


One of our main goals is to reduce the high investment that furniture requires, to do this we cut out the assembling middle man and the exorbitant delivery rates required to send fully assembled furniture around the country. We do know that sometimes you may order something online and not expect what you receive, as much as we would love for you to fall in love with your duhn furniture, we know that that may not always be possible. Happy customers getting it done is what we’re after.

If you are not happy with the item you receive and you haven’t started putting it together, you can notify us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or for an exchange. We will arrange for the product to be collected from your address by our couriers.

If the product arrives back without damages and in the same condition we shipped it in we will refund you in full. We do not charge for returns. Replacement products may incur a small shipping charge.

If you have difficulty assembling the product, we will gladly walk through the assembly with you. If we encounter further issues with the assembly, we will replace the item at no cost to you.


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your product has arrived at your address, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as email notification of refund within the above mentioned 14 day period.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will NOT be refunded. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will NOT be refunded.
The customer will be liable for all courier costs incurred in the return of the product.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 60 of days of such notification.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
